Be sure to ask for a copy of liability insurance. We
will be happy to provide you with a current copy of
our insurance information so you can verify
current coverage as well as the amount of coverage.

accidents can occur in the best of situations and
you want to be sure your property is protected. All
of our equipment is insured for our protection and
we keep a current liability policy at all times for both the company's and the client's protection.

When hiring a tree
professional be

representative how they intended to orchestrate the
removal your trees or other tasks they are
submitting a proposal for. Arbor Lawn will provide
machinery that will efficiently and expeditiously
complete each job. We have one of the largest
chippers available on the market today. Most of the
debris resulting from tree trimming or removal can
be disposed of using our chipper. If the chipper is
not the best choice for your specific need, we will
remove the trunk using a bobcat and log truck.

Professionalism
Beginning with our methods of advertisement to the
completion of a job, we strive to ensure every
client with a professional, courteous experience. We
try to be available to answer each call. If for some
reason you are asked o leave a message, we make
every attempt to promptly return your call. Our
salespeople will arrive to estimates as scheduled or
call to notify you of a delay. Due to the nature of
this service we will schedule work in two hour
blocks, and will promptly notify you if we are off
schedule. Inclement weather may demand a delay in
your job being performed on the day originally
scheduled. You will be promptly notified and
rescheduled.
Homeowner's
Obligation
When we arrive to survey the work to
be done and to give you a quote for our services, we
ask that you accompany us and review your
expectations. At that time we will explain our
obligations and yours. Arbor Lawn prides itself on
our excellent safety record and professional
services. We carefully assess potential risks before
beginning any job and implement a plan to
minimize or eliminate those risks when we begin
work. Please note that there may be minor scuffed
areas in the surface of your lawn or even some minor
damage as a result of our work, depending upon the
scope of the services requested and the equipment
required to perform them. We do all we can to keep
these to a minimum. We are completely insured as
required by the state of NC so in the unlikely event
of an accident due to Arbor Lawn's work, the
customer bears no obligation. We ask that before
work begins you remove
any personal items from the worksite (e.g., toys,
lawn furniture, bird baths, bird houses) and that your
property be kept as free of obstructions as possible
during our work to assist us in completing your
job quickly and safely. We will cleanup after our
work to the extent noted at the time your quote is
given.
